Current School arrangements: We operate a Breakfast Club, Monday-Friday from 8 am for Reception aged children through to Year 6.

Breakfast Club runs from 8 am for a small charge of £3.50 and includes a nutritious breakfast buffet. 

All attendees must prebook and pay online on their Arbor app in order to attend any sessions. Bookings can be made up to 30 minutes before the session begins.

Payment can also be made by childcare vouchers. Please send a screen shot of your proof of payment to the school office by email so that this can be credited to your Arbor account, to allow a booking to be made.

You may be able to claim back up to 85% of your childcare costs if you’re eligible for Universal Credit.

For working families claiming Universal Credit with children under 17, you may be able to claim back up to 85% of eligible childcare costs. Click on the link above for further details and to check your eligibility.

If you are eligible, you will still need to pre book and pay for your wraparound care provided by the school in the usual way. 

You will then need to report your childcare costs in your online UC account, you can do this at any point in your claim. (You will be asked to provide proof of payment.)

You can then claim back your childcare costs. You will only get the money back when the childcare has been delivered. You can claim back up to 3 future months but you will get these month by month. You can claim up to 3 months of past childcare. 

The payment is then included in your UC payment.
