Currently the school operates wrap around care 7.30am to 6pm for children in Reception through to Year 6.

How to Book Wraparound Care Sessions in Arbor

Sessions must be booked and paid for in advance in Arbor. Please note that children cannot be admitted to the club who have not prebooked and paid for their session.

Parents can book Wraparound Care sessions quickly and easily through the Arbor Parent App or Parent Portal.

Using the Arbor Parent App

1. Open the Arbor Parent App and log in.

2. Select your child.

3. Tap Activities from the main menu.

4. Choose Wraparound Care).

5. Select the required session(s):

   • Breakfast Club

   • After School Club

6. Choose the date(s) you wish to book.

7. Review the session details and costs.

8. Complete the booking and payment (payment is required at the time of booking or the booking will cancel).

9. You will receive confirmation within the app and by email (if notifications are enabled).

Using the Arbor Parent Portal

1. Log in to the Arbor Parent Portal.

2. Select your child from the dashboard.

3. Navigate to Activities.

4. Select the relevant Wraparound Care provision.

5. Choose the session(s) and dates required.

6. Confirm your booking.

7. Make payment.

8. A confirmation message will be displayed once the booking is complete.

You may be able to claim back up to 85% of your childcare costs if you’re eligible for Universal Credit.

For working families claiming Universal Credit with children under 17, you may be able to claim back up to 85% of eligible childcare costs. Click on the link above for further details and to check your eligibility.

If you are eligible, you will still need to pre book and pay for your wraparound care provided by the school in the usual way. 

You will then need to report your childcare costs in your online UC account, you can do this at any point in your claim. (You will be asked to provide proof of payment.)

You can then claim back your childcare costs. You will only get the money back when the childcare has been delivered. You can claim back up to 3 future months but you will get these month by month. You can claim up to 3 months of past childcare. 

The payment is then included in your UC payment.
